U Street Pizza is the sibling restaurant to beloved Italian restaurant Union in Pasadena. Made with high-quality, market-driven ingredients, the two-day fermented dough is made with artisanal flours from Washington and Vermont and topped with sauce made from local tomatoes and seasonal ingredients from a veritable "who's who" of California farmers and baked in an impressive electric deck oven.
